Paul Rosen and Phyllis Spear will star in The Boca Raton Theatre Guild's production of A.R. Gurney's Love Letters, to be presented at the Willow Theatre in Boca Raton's Sugar Sand Park, December 4-6. Jerri Iaia will direct.
Nominated for a Pulitzer Prize, Love Letters traces the lifelong correspondence of staid, dutiful lawyer Andrew Makepeace Ladd III (Rosen) and lively, unstable artist Melissa Gardner (Spear). The story of their bittersweet relationship gradually unfolds from what is written -- and what is left unsaid -- in their correspondence.
